Added a little color to the bike. Also have to give the pin striper that did it a plug. Anyone who rides on Long Island is familiar with Oak Beach parking lot. Well Tony has been doing pin striping right there in the parking lot for many many years. A good old school pin striper. He also does incredible airbrush work.
Thanks. That's the Saddleman Explorer.
Flushed my clutch fluid..where did the black sludge come from?? YuckFine particles worn from the slave cylinder? : )
Fine particles worn from the slave cylinder? : )
Someone once posted an example way back when.
The clutch system is used a lot more and is also in direct contact with the engine and all of its heat, breaking down the fluid.
Just a thought. : )
Rolled it into the garage, just got it back from the movers.
Installed new rear tire (8mm Tread depth when new).
Changed Engine and transmission oil to Kawasaki SR4 synthetic.
Changed Diff oil
Pull Calipers off and pads out and cleaned with hot soapy water.
Prep bike for 6 day ride in the Rockies.
Only 1 mm difference in the OEM pads (29750kms) and the new EBC pads. Little life left in them yet
Congrats on getting your bike bike Sgt Mac, enjoy.
