....Oh, and your signature line isn't grammatically correct but I let that one slide....

She (??) changed it because I made light of her (??) first shot at it.  The current grammar is a bit of humor aimed at me (??).  I actually thought it was pretty funny and showed her (??) sense of humor.

Jim (the moderator) just changed the title to make it reflect what the thread is about. He did not change or limit the content or flow of the thread in any way. This is an example why moderated forums can be superior to unmoderated forums in my opinion. The moderators here do not interfere with forum content unless / until it is needed and are very good at choosing what and where to step in, again in my opinion.

Brian

I am leaving this forum. I noticed that someone changed the title of my thread. Not good.

You know, I thought that strange because I didn't remember seeing that the first time.  That explains that, then.

I saw that.  I think that individual is just trying to get a "rise" out of people.

Moderator Jim,

How does first amendment rights apply to a privately held public forum.
Honestly wondering, not looking for a fight.
I think that moderation is necessary along the lines Brian mentioned. You may want to switch this topic to another board.

I'm not Jim but I do not believe the Bill of Rights applies to a privately held / operated forum (or anything else for that matter). The Constitution is really all about protecting 'us' from the gov't, not each other.

As far as this thread goes, it has useful information in it about a better ground for a Power Commander on a C-14, especially now that it is labeled better so someone might find it again in the future. I think Jim moderated the pants off this thread already....  ;D

Oh c'mon ...... changing the title of the thread was done for good reason and completely justified. The possibility of a persons gender being falsely represented in order to make friends and influence people ......... now that is down right abomination.
