Here in South MS where only one tail light is all that is required it wont be an issue LOL.
Well, like you, I am probably less concerned about law and more concerned about my fellow drivers.
Frankly I don't ride much at night and these have an off switch. I am amazed at how bright they are for LEDs
They are pretty impressive. LED's have been improving quite rapidly. Just today I replaced all my tracklighting with LED bulbs- they finally hit an affordable price while being a tolerable color (Unlike CFL, they are fully dimmable, fully X10 compatible, create no RFI, come on instantly at full brightness, are more compact, have no mercury, and give off no UV)
