Yeah but at least there has been some good information. It almost makes me want to go out and buy a Ultra Tour.  :o I gotta stop. lol

It's definitely been informative.......but crap i don't know which one would be best for me!

I really appreciate the offer......very nice.  But I don't see any road trips in the near future with this weather.  And we're moving to SE PA in two months! :)  But I am leaning toward the ultra I think.

CB,  You're only about 45 min. from me (at legal speeds, 25 on the C14).  Had I seen this earlier, I would have offered to let you try my Cee Bailey's Euro Cut (you still can if you like).  I'm at the other end of the Gorge, in Corbett.  I also have a stock 2010 shield for comparison.

I could use some advise on the windshield for the C14. I just switched over to a great 2009 C14 coming off my 03' FJR1300. I had a Vstream on my FJR and I just loved it! I am only 5'7" and ride all year (it's in the 20s here now and colder) So I like my windscreen to go all the way up and block the cold air. The FJR electric windscreen seem to travel up more then the C14 as my Vstream covers way up, almost straight up and down. The Vstream on my FJR is also wider.

On the new 09' C14 I just got it came with a CCE Bailey Ultra Tour, but it does not go up high enough for me. The screen full up come just below my eye line, and I find that very annoying. I do not want to have to duck down on my long rides to work and back or fight to look over the windscreen. I need the windscreen to go up higher, so at the full up position the top of the screen is at the top of my head and not getting in the way of my vision. I really do not like having a windscreen just below my eye line. Very distracting. I need the screen to be a full cover or full off when I go up or down with it. Any suggestions?

Is there a way to make the C14 electronic windshield travel further up? I have the two bikes side by side right now in my garage and the FJR has a lot more windscreen travel of up and down then the C14 does.

Thanks. I am loving my new C14!

Mine is 4-6" below my eyeline . CB Ultra...tallest one I could find. Are you saying you look through it instead of over it?  Seems like these beast throw the wind up and over you

Your standing height says little about your sitting height.  I am 5'7" and yet sit taller than many 6'0" men.

No.

With my current CC windshield I have to look over it with it all the full up position, or bend down to look through the windscreen. I need something higher hat in the full up position, then windscreen goes higher.
Thanks

I decided I am going to pick up a CB extra tall tour screen. It will give me 2" extra which should work really well for me.
