I have the traxxion ak20 cartridges in the forks, and with the suggested settings and 1.2 springs I can drive a zip tie to the bottom of the forks. I cranked in some compression damping, which stopped that and stopped the brake dive. The ride is not harsh AT ALL and hugely more controlled than the stock suspension was. there definitely is something to be said for improved suspension. Steve

I had Traxxion put AK20's and redo my shock in my Speed Triple.  The stock suspension is damper rod in front and basically an uncompressible strut in the back.  It rode TERRIBLY, very stiff, very rough, wouldn't follow the road, hit a few bumps in the corner and it headed for the ditch.  My C14 and my FZ1 tracked superbly.

I spent $1600 and shipped it off.   3 iterations later (remove shock, not easy. Ship off.  Get back, remount, still bad, repeat), I gave up.  The front is nice now but the rear is STILL too stiff.  AFTER 3 freaking shots at it, me telling them every time, "IT's TOO STIFF, make it softer".  Still pisses me off.

There is a guy named Dan there that is awesome but the actual owner Max is a monster.  I wish I could give a better recommendation, I cannot.

Yes, it's assembled, greased and torqued properly.

I've actually have already lost 65 lbs in the last 11 months. But currently I'm still 240lbs with gear on.

Awesome on the weight loss... Congratulations
