valve check reassembly problem>

Trying to put it back together I took pictures and have the manual and Fred's videos but I can't figure this one out.  Left hand side, connector for the spark plug wires it has a metal bracket that has a flange that would prevent it from rotation while tightening.  I can't figure out where it belongs? Help if you can.

mm mm '08, rear screw of the left hand cover of the reed valve housing....?

maybe yess.... 8)

oh the anti rotate tang faces downwards, and also lives on the left side of the cover, the raised section with the rectangular hole to the right and above, with the tongue facing rearwards...
