If he rides with an open face helmet smoking a pipe and wearing a bathrobe I'd say yes.

And do we know that he doesn't?

Well, if he does, I hope he is using a wind cap!  (Which, of course, will not be enough on a bike)

To heck with a wind cap, what about a jockstrap?

That would look really strange on a pipe...

Isn't there evidence on the site of ZG riding while wearing flip-flops? Or, was that someone else?

Never mind about the Smuggler question.

After making 7 phone calls spread over 2 days trying to reach an actual human so I could place my order, I gave up. I tried Florida. I tried California. Ring ring ring ring ring ring ring ring ring ring...then dial tone. When I finally did get a human receptionist, I was re-routed to sales, where I was greeted with a message assuring me that, while my call was very important to them, all their sales associates were helping other callers. So I held...and held...and held...then finally hung up. Called back and left a message  requesting a sales associate to call me so I could spend $1,400 with them. No luck. No call back. Called again the next day. Same result: nothing. I would have ordered on their web site, except that there is no option to select paint color. So I tried the phone. Wasted my time.

I would think it would be easier. It baffles me how Corbin stays in business. Or maybe they are not really in business. That's at least one explanation as to why they are do difficult to reach.

So I just decided I didn't really need a dang Smuggler after all. To heck with 'em!!

Why are you trying to order direct from Corbin?  ???

Everything I've ever bought from Corbin I just have my local shop order it up for me, that way I get my discount and I don't have to pay for it until it arrives, always works great for me.  :)

That was the other G, MG, who filmed himself while riding with flip flops.    :o

I just ordered mine directly from Corbin last Monday.  Even called them on Tuesday for some modifications to my order.  My wait time both times was about 3-5 minutes.  I called the 1-800 number.  Maybe try again?

I guess what I was remembering wasn't really "riding" in flip flops. More like moving the bike and ended up with at tip over due to wearing them.
