Never mind about the Smuggler question.
After making 7 phone calls spread over 2 days trying to reach an actual human so I could place my order, I gave up. I tried Florida. I tried California. Ring ring ring ring ring ring ring ring ring ring...then dial tone. When I finally did get a human receptionist, I was re-routed to sales, where I was greeted with a message assuring me that, while my call was very important to them, all their sales associates were helping other callers. So I held...and held...and held...then finally hung up. Called back and left a message requesting a sales associate to call me so I could spend $1,400 with them. No luck. No call back. Called again the next day. Same result: nothing. I would have ordered on their web site, except that there is no option to select paint color. So I tried the phone. Wasted my time.
I would think it would be easier. It baffles me how Corbin stays in business. Or maybe they are not really in business. That's at least one explanation as to why they are do difficult to reach.
So I just decided I didn't really need a dang Smuggler after all. To heck with 'em!!
