Lets kick this off, I arrived in Gilbert AZ at around 3:30 AM. Got a pic at this place. It was closed at that hour so not details, but I'll be back out west before too long and bump this thread with some feedback on the jointI've been to this place a few times. While the decor and almost picnic table looking digs won't win any awards, the food is good. And it is real BBQ, not fake. Like the sign says.
