While I'm at it, why do all the rides and events seemingly happen on Saturday only?  I'm  in  :censored:  retail and NOTHING happens on  :censored: Sunday.  Stupid  :censored: small-town  north FL  :censored:

See, if you were a COG member we'd "tailor" a sunday ride!  Just joking.  Many of us Coggers are on both sites, some only that one, some only this one its all good.  Anyway, if you PM SteveJ here and request a sunday gig mention I'm game for it too. And you don;t have to be a COG member to join the rides

Last Saturday afternoon I took her for a ride and ended up at our local hangout, ALS Landing, for an IPA and a BLT.

ALS Landing is on ruby street in Tavares. Right behind the seaplane/boat dock. There are a couple nice bars/restaurants on that little street.

Steve, are you familiar wth a place near Tavares called Sinbad's? A co-worker keeps telling me that this place has a great burger.  On another note, I'll be moving up that way in a few months. My house should be completed late June'ish. I am in Orlando, near UCF now, but the move is going to put me in the northern Apopka area.

Rode out to Fredericksberg TX. I keep forgetting to get the bike in the picture but went to Altdorf Biergarten for schnitzel and Erdinger Hefe-Weizen. Outstanding place.
