so other than a few starts here and there the bike has been winterized for the last 2 seasons and today i finally got her out and ready for some action. got all the fluids changed and started her up and about died from the fumes of exhaust. it seems there are small pinholes in the passenger can right at the coupler and a good few all along the front of the h-pipe. ao it seems i am going to need to replace the while thing. does anybody have a full exhaust setup laying around hole free? if you do please let me know..oh and i also am in need of a right front foot peg bracket as mine decided to break...let me know guys...thanks!

Yes for a C-10 and dosn't need to be perfect as i plan to have them painted just so long as there are no holes or leaks and the rust isnt too bad. I am located in Dublin Ohio which is Columbus area. also how good or bad are the cans at least what you can see on the outside?

Redzgrider is giving away a set of headpipes for the shipping...that might be a better deal on the headers...check the for sale section for info...I will post pics of the cans when I get home tonight...

There are 2 holes in each ex. can pipe that serve as weep holes about in the area you describe.  Sure its not them?

If not, do you need the right or left exhaust can ?

I have a good left exhaust can from an '88 - (pre 94 style with brushed aluminum finish) - NON baffelectomized.  No dents.  7 out of 10 cosmetically.   $40 plus shipping.

I also have a couple sets of header / crossover assemblies if the other sources don't work out.

Can is dirty in pics - it actually looks nicer than that.

hey thanks for the reply. i actually found an entire front to back setup from a bike with 2500 miles on it that was completely dent and rust free on ebay for a great price. so given that i wont be needing any exhaust parts anymore. oh and the pinholes were actually in the crossover pipe itself.

To anyone else looking I have a set of upgraded cans, they are off I believe a GPZ with the ears welded in the proper location. Sounds nice and throaty without being obnoxiously loud.

I also have an almost new set of Cobra F1 pipes collecting dust.
