I love old school GSXR, but the original 82 Katana, it is a fantastic machine. Thanks for the pics.

Is that what it's supposed to look like? I just bought a 75 H1 from a co-worker and it's blue. It looks like someone tried to repaint it with a rattle can. When I look at the parts fiche sites though it says blue is the color. It will be a project to bring it back to proper condition.

Some of those really bring back memories. Beautiful bikes. I had several of those gs1000g's back in the day; biggest was built to 1238cc's. they were great bikes as long as the cranks were welded and you knew where to get an extra stator or 2... steve

Yes one of the 75 colors was blue [looked good] I have mine painted black metal flake w/stock repo graphics. Ckeck out kawasakitriplesworldwide.com for tons of info.

Kawasaki triples-Suzuki water buffalos -yamaha 400's....what an amazing period of bike development--seriously even the kawi 90's were amazing then.
