According to what I found it was David Dech, 39, from Wildomar...

RIP to the rider. May he forever enjoy the great twisties in the sky.....
I used to live in Fremont. Still visit there once a year. This feels like a wake up call for me since I recently started commuting on my C14 regularly. Never take a familiar route for granted.
Life is good.... At least from my perspective.

RIP. So sad. I lived in north SJ for 12 years and know the area well. I didn't ride when I lived there, I always thought it was just too much traffic. This doesn't sound like traffic caused the crash. Really wonder what happened.
