Hooks on plastic thingy.

What are the two hooks for on the front of the black plastic plate ahead of the gas tank on a 2011 C14?

That's what I thought, can anyone recommend a tank bag that works well on the C14.

This is the one I use. Holds the basics and doesn't get in the way of steering. Stays put with heavy magnets.

It's a little tall at the back so on a full lock turn it will hit the switch housings on the bars, but if you pull it back just a bit it clears ok. It holds a good amount and has an adjustable divider in it. Nice big map window, but I put my garage door opener and ezpass in there.
