so after testing again.
it id the back brake for sure,!
i cleaned he back brake , checked fluids, wear hoses
i looked for all debris... nothing there
any other thoughts>?

If bike is covered by warranty, STOP and get it towed to a dealer, don't ride. Any fault codes, blown fuses or relays not working in the ABS system can be tested by the dealer when the bike is connected to a diagnostic tool.
1) Put bike on center stand.
Check rear wheel for wheel bearing play.Check correct torque of wheel nut, check rear brake master cyclinder for loose bolts and linkages.
Start engine.
2) Is the brake light illuminated (ON) with the bike started?
If so then stop engine and check for correct play in rear brake pedal.
3)
(ABS Brakes only) Check air gap distance of rear wheel rotation sensor at several points between the sensor and sensor rotor. Replace if cracked, bent or damaged.
(Air gap sensor rear= 0.7-0.9 mm (0.028-0.035 in)
(Front air gap sensor as above, both are not adjustable)
If you are good at repair then look at the rear brake pedal to check for correct movement and brake pedal position inspection.The standard pedal position is about 45mm (1.8 in) below top of foot peg (where you place your riding foot) to the top of the rear brake pedal.
Lubricate all linkages.
