Stock rear top lugguge case and passenger backrest pad

Is anyone running the stock top lugguge case with the passenger pad. How do you like it, and how does your passenger like it. thanks kevin it's a 2008

I assume you are talking about this:

I'm running it with the backrest.
Mine is MY2011.
The top case is branded Kawasaki but it's clearly made by GiVi.
My wife says that the backrest is very confortable.

IMO it causes some handlebar oscillations when driving no hands at 30/40 mph... but honestly is not the right way to drive|  ;D

I found my Givi pad was useless until I was able to move the box back almost 2"
