  • Blue might not be fastest, but it's my favorite

Well, I've got the really S-L-O-W blue (it's so polite it lets everybody elso go first) and my advice would be go slow on the farkles...you might find that some of the factory stuff is really pretty good...you might change a windscreen or a seat (or whatever) when the OEM equipment actually might work good for you.

So we're up to about 2000 miles now, and my cruiser is collecting cobwebs already!

Last weekend I finally made it to Northern FL (Ocala) and I was able to get on some roads that didn't go straight and have a traffic light as soon as you hit 5th gear (South Florida).  Nice curvy roads, great sweepers, and I got to ride in #3 position behind an ex-racer.  Followed his lines and my bike felt like it was on rails.  Took me about 45 minutes of going fast to relax, but the following 3 hours was amazing!

Tried to explain it to my cruiser buddies, but that's like trying to describe an orgasm to someone who's never had one!  :)

LOVE MY BIKE!

And yes, black IS faster, you all think it's red because that's my taillights blinding you!  (kidding)

What a great decision!  Glad I used the "midlife card" this time around....and my wife is happy that I'm happy, but prefers riding on the Royal Star...which is fine with me.  Enjoying my "alone time"!  :)
