Just remember to take them off the bike before actually driving it anywhere, since displaying either blue or green is illegal!  Only legal colors on the front are white and yellow/orange.   I use yellow/orange, since white city lights are pretty useless right below two, big white headlights.  So at least there is a little stand-out (of course, I also converted my front turn signals to running lights... and that is a huge stand-out).

This completely depends on what state you are in.  In Missouri: Blue/Red are explicitly illegal on the front, White/Amber are explicitly legal, all other colors are not mentioned in the codes, so are legal.

If the code reads "White/Amber are explicitly legal" than that would mean that those are the ONLY colors legal. They don't have to list everything that is NOT legal.

I just ordered these.  http://www.ebay.com/itm/220800563437?_trksid=p5197.c0.m619 I tried to find them elsewhere but didnt have much luck so I turned to ebay. Yeah, they are coming from China, but I tried to get them stateside first. For the price, if I dont like the green then I am not out much.

If I'm not mistaken. Lolife was the one who asked why folks were telling you that running blue lights is illegal wasn't he? I was giving him a reasonable answer to his question.
