I have the c bailey euro (the top one here:  http://www.murphskits.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=274

I'm  about the same size as you are.  I find it much more quiet than my stock 08 shield, but thats not hard to do.  I've not tried anything else, but have no complaints with the shield I selected.  It feels short in the full down position and tall in the full up position.

6'2'' 33 inch inseam and I have a VStream.  Does a great job of keeping air off my helmet and shoulders in the full up position and no noticeable buffeting.  In the down position I get clean air with very little buffeting.
Keeping the economy going, one tank of fuel and two tires at a time.

I have the Cee Bailey ultra tour domed, full up I can look through it, full down I get wind on my chest, up a couple inches I get no wind, It's a big shield and it works for me.

I am 5' 11" with a 32 inch inseam and have the CalSci medium. I look over it nicely and it's much quieter than stock and there is no back pressure. I thought that back pressure, like what I got with the stock shield would be tiring on long distances so I went with the CalSci. There is much less buffeting and zero back pressure. I love it.

I have the Cee Baileys Extra tall ultra tour domed and I love it! I'm 6'5". I dont get any direct wind contact with it in the fully extended position.

Does it make a difference that I have a '11? I heard they had vents to the dash of the C14 in '10 model year.

I'm 5' - 10", 32" inseam. I sit more upright than everyone else but this may help. It shows a Cee Bailey's Ultra Tour. Click on the photo for full size/action.

Is that shield clear or lightly tinted?  I have a new clear one in a box, thanks for posting those pictures.  With the shield fully or almost fully extended, does the shield shake at high speed?

My shield came from Murphs-kits and it is slightly silver tinted. It doesn't shake much unless its windy and then only slightly. Being taller, it is somewhat flexible. Not a problem though.

Hey Phil, thanks for the CB shots. What riser set up do you have (for comparison)?

Thanks!

backoutonthehighway:  They are my own concoction, 4" up/back in 6 degree increments, plus Murph's wedges. As you can see, they also change the bike's color.

Interesting! Do you sell these (sans color change of course)?

Do these windshields vibrate more than the stock one on my '11?

So far I've only tested the cal-sci - I'd say it vibrates less than stock under normal conditions - over 80 and with high wind it is about the same.
