Lowest prices on OEM parts?
« on: November 09, 2011, 01:24:00 PM »
After searching online for some parts, such a service manual, etc. I find some big differences in prices. I also noticed that the shipping cost can be very different. Without stepping on any toes, is there a known best price OEM parts source?

I used riders choice racing for my OEM parts, free shipping for an order over $15. They were a little cheaper than Ron Ayers and the shipping is super fast.

I checked their site and they were about $25 more for the manual than Kaw Parts House. I didn't realize the shipping was free, that would make up some of the difference.

+1 for RCR.

I've bought from these guys several times, and every time it was top notch service.  They mixed up one of my parts with someone else one time, and I received a phone call from them apologizing for the mistake before I even received the package.  They quickly re-ordered the part, and expedited shipping of it to me.  Excellent service.

They may be a few pennies more than Ron Ayers, but the free shipping usually makes the difference when comparing total order pricing.

I can't complain about ronayers.com.  They never messed up any of my orders and the parts came in quick.   Also, the prices are discounted about 20% off retail.  I own two Suzuki bikes as well and they sell Suzuki parts too.  I like their online fiche for looking up parts.

There used to be an online place called crotchrocket.com, which had super low prices, lower than ron ayers, and the shipping was low too.  However, they were bought out by someone and the new owner raised the prices so they are no longer that great.
