Earlier I was not so sure about the black bags, but they sure look good now.

Thanks for the comments, I am pretty happy with how it turned out, but I still have a little more left to do.

Still on the "to do" list:

Fork revalve from Ohlins
powdercoat wheels
black out the rear grab handles and risers
figure out why my a/f ratio isn't showing up from the autotune {scratches head}
Keeping the economy going, one tank of fuel and two tires at a time.

Make sure you have the little rubber plug In the autotune to activate it.

Can you elaborate?  I don't recall reading about the "little rubber plug".

There should be a small rectangular plug that you have to install in the autotune open port. (the one you don't have the cable plugged in at)

Ok, I will double check that.  Thanks.

Worked like a charm.  I forgot to plug that open port and I even wondered the other day why they included two extra four pin, black plugs. All is good now, thanks.

Jeremy, does your local shop have a dyno? Have you tought about doing a custom map with your setup since it's a little rare? I gained a couple extra ponies but more important flat lined my A/F with a custom map done on the dyno...

Blue line is the drop in map, red line is the custom map done on dyno.

I don't have any shops close by that will touch a bike unless it is a Harley.  I will be patient and try to get to a dyno in STL or KC.

@SOP:
You know me to well, pink would set if off nicely.  I was also thinking about pink tassles and LED's.   ;D

AutoTune and Muzzy are working well.  The front end felt very light today, I could feel the extra power.  And it sounds soooo good.   8)

Thanks for the PCV maps, SOP and Arata!

Looks like you've been busy. I like the way it turned out, it looks really good. If you get tired of the Muzzy just let me know.  :thumbs:

I don't see the pink bar end tassles in the photos........special order?

Hey Zg just asking. Is 147 low for doing a full exhaust? does the dual setup not give you the power the 4 into 1 does? When I dyno my bike I am hoping that the bike will have more then that.

Any dyno can throw a number, it is all up to the operator how everything is set up.  I bet ZG's bike could put down 150+ on another dyno, it is the before and after dyno sheets that show how much of an improvement was made.  IIRC Wanderlust (Aussie) posted a dyno sheet from his dual Muzzy setup that was somewhere around 162 hp.  I don't worry about numbers very much, it is a tool and that is it.  Just my 2 cents.

+1 to Jeremy's point, the number that means the most is what you gained on the same dyno in same conditions etc. I did a base line run on this same dyno just prior to going to a full system and got 133 with stock header and Muzzys slip-on, going to a full Muzzys system, PCV, flies out, and K&N gained 14 hp. Gaining 14 is more than a 10% gain and pretty spot on for going to a full with PC etc. Temps, humidity, calibration of the dyno etc all change what the numbers will show, I could probably show 160 on somebody else's dyno but then again that dyno would also probably show stock at 148, which we all know is wrong... The Kawi specs show the stock Connie at 133, and that's what mine did on the base line run prior to going to full system run, so I feel pretty confident in the dyno being done accurately on my Connie.

I agree about dyno numbers.

I think most are a bit optimistic, to make the customer happy.

It's the difference that counts, not the number.

Tyler,
Here's my base line run showing the 133 stock prior to going to a full system...

Understandable about the measure. Was just picturing the fuel moto site where they had a increase of horsepower that was like 24HP. With ZG's it was around 16 hp. So thats why I was asking. Just wondering if the dual pipes didnt give the HP increase like the 4into1 did.
