Garmin 755 ?
« on: September 02, 2011, 07:42:27 AM »
I have a Garmin 755, I set up a ride in www.mapquest.com and sent it to my Garmin, it said it was successfully sent but I can't find it in my Garmin? Where should it be? I looked under all the categories and couldn't find it anywhere.

Does this also work with a Zumo 660?  Have never tried this before.  Thanks.

How was the file sent? On mine you have to connect the GPS to the PC and save the file to the GPS, or take the memory card out and save the file to the card.

I have the Zumo 550. I have to highlight the route to be uploaded then transfer it over. Once done the Zumo says that new data is found and asks if you want to import it. I have a tab for routes and favorites.

Thanks to forum member 556ALPHA I have it working, He explained how I need to do it. I sent it by hooking up the Garmin to the computer but once I sent it  I couldn't find it. He told me to
From main screen touch Tools

Then My Data from the lower portion

Then Import Route from File.

Now it's in Custom Routes,
