Exactly, that is why I advocate getting before AND after dyno runs.  The actual numbers mean nothing, it is the gain that you are looking for.

The muzzy full system leaves nothing to be desired.

The AreaP leaves nothing to be desired in a single exhaust!

I know.....I enjoy both.....really love the muzzy with ceramic coating. Wish everyone could test both units.  Each system.....is just perfect!

Ninja .... I presently have a Holeshot single slip on that I like, expecially the sound.  I had full Area Ps on my ZX14 and they were waaaaaaaaay louder than I wanted.  Could not ride without ear plugs and no one would ride behind me.

I wonder how the Area P 4-2-1 system for the C14 compares with the Muzzy full 4-2-2 sound -wise, and how each feels pulling off the line?  My present system is quite fast, and I have the ECM re-Flashed by Dynotronics ... really nice and quite fast, too.

Did you do any dyno's with both systems, Ninja?

I've decided to go the full Area P system... but it's backordered ... I am still going to do it as I need something a bit more engaging... and the potato launcher has to go bringing the bike more toward the Sport side of things... then black powder coating on wheels, carbon can, some extra umphhh and sound track... what's not to like?

Keep checking the classifieds here Vivo, 2 of these full AP systems have been sold here just in the past couple weeks. There's also currently a full Muzzys dual system on there, which I personally like...

The whole point of going with a full system is that the header pipes are larger, and/or tuned differently for less restriction.  90% of the restriction and scavenging effect happens prior to the header junctions.  Also a better exhaust flow will tend to lean out the mixture.

Internet dyno numbers are about useless.  No two dyno's will show the same. Plus to dyno before/after one needs to do the dyno pulls the same day during the same temp/humidity/etc.

I posted the number to Kerry at Area P

I recently upgraded from a 2 Bros slip on with Flies out, and PCV to the Area-P full system & a BMC filter. The difference is significant above 6,000 RPM. From 6k up to 10k, the bike pulls so much stronger. I didn't do a Dyno pull with just the slip on, but it pulled 147.7 hp with the full system installed. My mpg also increased from 43 to 48.

Several people have commented that Dyno numbers can vary between Dynos, and different days/temp/humidity. This is very true, but check this out; 2 dudes dropped their Hayabusas on the same Dyno right after me, and they pulled 155 HP and 163 HP. Both of them had aftermarket pipes and who knows what else.

This thing sounds totally Sick!

going from 2 Bro's to Area P is like going from Ford Pinto stock to Porsche 911 twin turbo with nitrous added

Hey Steve, aren't you still running the stock exhaust?

Most definitely, bone stock with ECO mode enabled (on THIS bike).  "Most distance and mileage" between stops is utmost importance to me (on THIS bike).

However, for those wanting optimal performance and max fuel air to be processed through the bike its area p, bmc or k&N filter, and proper PC/mapping.

Thats a no brainer.
