I can't imagine owning a bike that you would have to roll the window down and manually adjust a mirror. Talk about the stone age! ::)

It appears to be a headlight adjuster, from what I can tell of the horrible photography.

Ok I give up, what the hell is this thing? My 2010 certainly does not have a "Right Mirror Adjustment Knob". Did they mean right headlight adjuster?

Near the blinker fluid reservoir, right under the dilithium crystal housing.
