I purchased these from ZG, they are powder coated in a gloss black and the finish is absolutely beautiful, no flaws or scratches or anything like that. They've never even been mounted since being powder coated. These are better than new oem wheels as powder coat is stronger and will wipe clean with just a wet rag (ZG's description)
