I had first taken the fairings off to replace air filter.
While I knew I wanted to replace coolant, I did not realize that would require same (even more) work to take fairings off.

Now that I have them off for the coolant change, what else can check/replace?

I bought a used one at 25K miles and sofar had changed all the fluids and air filter (I ride in winter time as well).

Check the nuts holding the header to the motor, After 25,000 miles mine were VERY loose.

Yep,
they were loose. Tightened them up.  Thank you!

Thank you. There seems to be some dirt there around cam sensor and the upper gasket. But not substantial. I will wash off the whole thing tomorrow. And will see if it there are any spots after running.
It seems like I would have to take the radiator hoses off to reach to that cam sensor, and I had already flushed and refilled with new coolant.  Otherwise, I would do the o-ring change as preventative anyways.

you can disconnect the radiator mounting bolts, and carefully lay it forwards on the fender, on rags or a piece of cardboard without removing the hoses.
That will give the clearance you need to do the o ring... if there is any oil leaking now, do it, it will just get worse. Just saying this because at some point when it does leak, pulling all that plastic up front is a real pain.... btdt.
