Or at least till your wife finds out what you posted. Then she'll want a comm unit installed in the Pelican case.  :)

The back has a zipper to allow it to fit with a top box. The back part expands when unzipped.
May I ask you if there's a similar zippered compartment for the side bags? I rarely use the bags, so my bike sits in my garage without them most of the time. And hate how covers sized for bags look without them, all over the floor. BMW OEM covers have 3 zippered compartments: for the sidebags, and the trunk. With such a high price, hope the Kawi cover is the same. If not, will probably buy either a Nelson Rigg or Dowco Guardian, but need to research which fits better, and part number. Only want it to prevent dust inside the garage (which is very little), so the lighter the better. But want it to fit right. That's why I almost always buy the OEM covers when available, but they're usually much heavier and sturdier for my needs... but fit right ;D. Thanks man.

It doesn't have zippers on the side for the bags. I will say this is a very nice cover. If you decide on one, get it quick, it seems they are discontinued. It is definitely heavier and sturdier than many covers.

is this a large cover for packing when traveling ?? Does this really have the huge white writing on the side ?? would prefer it not to.
wouldn't mind something for trips, not sure if this would be the ticket or something else. not a huge fan of the super loose flapping in the wind covers though.

thanks much!!

This cover is quite big. I'm not sure I would bring it on trips, then again, I never worry about covering my bike during trips. It can be folded and stuffed into its pouch, but I have yet to put it back into the pouch. they had it packed very nicely, I doubt it will be so easy to repack into its pouch. It will take up some space in your bag.

It does have the large white lettering on its side. I wasn't crazy about it either, but it grew on me. It looks nice.

I have never covered my bike until now. I am only covering it since it now sits outside in a parking lot under trees. I never saw the need to do so on a trip. I have a Corbin on it right now, so I did cover the seat of it looked like rain was coming when I parked it though. I have Corbin's seat covers. For travel, if I didn't want to use their seat cover, I would get something like a Geeza cover. I have one for sport bikes. I have had it since 1994 or 1995 and it is still in great shape, it is like new. They are expensive though.

The cover fits very well and works for its intended purpose. I am sure there are others that would pack smaller though.

I am living temporarily in Branson, Missouri and the C14 is sitting outside. I wanted a cover for it and decided on the Kawasaki cover. I thought I would patronize Ron Ayers and put in my order on May 21. I received confirmation and an estimated arrival date of May 29. On May 28 I received an order update saying the order was cancelled, the cover was discontinued. The fact the cover was discontinued isn't the fault of the dealer, but they should have removed the item from their website.

I had seen the cover listed on Amazon but had decided to order from Ayers. I went back to Amazon after having the order canceled and they showed they still had one cover left in stock. The company offering the cover is Louis Powersports. I placed my order on the 28th and received confirmation, then less than two hours later I received a notice saying the cover was shipped. The cover is estimated to be here Monday June 8.
Nelson rigg from my ultra classic fits perfect. the side straps reach right down around the front pegs, the front velcro staps secure under the forks covers everything minus front fender.
I was disappointed that Ayers took so long to notify me the cover was not available, but am happy I found one. I wanted the stock cover, but would have gone with a Nelson Rigg cover had a Kawasaki cover not been available.

   thanks      My Nelson Rigg cover fits my connie perfect side loops run down to driver pegs, rear goes down and around the rear bags completely. The front is 2 velcro straps that go behind the front forks,I believe this is the half cover for the Harley Ultra Classic, fits my Concours  2014 perfectly. The fabric seems none abrasive,a little softer, anyhow this is my cover. Bag it goes in is a 1' long and about 8'' in diameter and might be smaller if you took time to make it that way. Didnt pay a whole lot for it either! ;)
