Has anyone removed the Kawasaki branding from the tupperware? If so is it secured with adhesive/glue or is there hardware involved?

Dental floss will remove the adhesive logo's..

De-badging is one of the first things I'm doing to mine when I get it home Wednesday. Can't wait.....they look so good with no stickers or name badges.

I was thinking about getting a Concours but instead I got one of those 1400GTR's. They look similar but when you add a KMW roundel it doubles the selling price.

Dental floss or fishin wire with some goo gone for the left behind bits yeah I don't advertise for free! Degadged all my vehicles.

I de-badged my Goldwing, pulled it outside on a hot sunny summer day.
Let it sit for about an hour in the sun, lifted one corner of the emblem with a wooden cuticle pusher.
Steady upward pressure and the emblem was off in about 2 minutes, turned the bike around and did the other end and side.
The majority of the tape went with the emblem, some goof off then polishing compound, like they were never there.
Will be lifting the lettering off the Connie this summer.
I do not mind the bike carrying it's name, just do not want raised letters, collects to much junk and makes it harder to clean.
Have a friend that does pin striping and lettering, want something that contrast the bike's color better than silver letters.
He also does leaf, maybe that is the trick, outlined lettering with leaf inside.

I haven't added any, but I wouldn't DREAM of removing any. I am proud of the brand and model!

I always get a lot of compliments on mine, more than any bike I've owned so far. And I also get a lot of questions from people who have never seen another one, and have no clue what it is or how to pronounce "KonKoor" with a silent s. I try to school them on the pronunciation and of the bikes amazing attributes.

Haha, I get asked pretty often if my "bike with no logos on it" is a BMW. I have to agree with the majority though, I like the looks of it without Kawasaki down each side, but to each their own.

Done...floss, hair dryer and lighter fluid. I realize it's a personal choice but IMHO it looks much cleaner.
Don't mind Kawi badging their products, not embarrassed about the brand, but those two particular badges are/were simply overdone.

Years ago I bought a brand new Harley, as a part of the deal ai had a new tank put on it that was painted plain gloss black. No stripes, no logos. I prefer the clean look on vehicles.

I do not have that problem. "GTR" is easy to pronounce.

That was the first thing I did after getting home... plus also removed all reflectors and all stickers

. Always remove any plastic letters/logos/badges from my cars too, except the center trunk logo... if indented and/or with locating holes, which is almost always the case. That wasn't the case with the GTR, so removed that Nissan POS logo along with the rest

Stickers are another story. I remove all of those immediately. In the case of the Concours, I stuck them all to the inside of one of the panniers. So they still available, if needed (doubtful).

I restick them inside the owner's manual. But all of that information is duplicated in there anyway. US lawyer crap

. I obvioulsy leave VIN labels in place (which also have build dates), but those are always hidden high up in the forks.

On cars, VIN labels are typically down in the door itself, also mostly out of sight. Those air pressure stickers and other crap on the door jambs (and airbag warnings on the passenger side) don't make it past the first day

If I were looking at buying a car that was missing those stickers, the first thing that I'd think was that the car had been repainted there, which meant it had been in a major crash. I'd probably walk away.
