Pair of saddle bags off a 2010 kawasaki concours - Blue

I am selling a pair of stock hard saddle bags for a 2010 kawasaki concours. Near new condition. Maybe a small mark or two but I haven't tried to buff them out. I bough these for the locking mechanisms, and have no use for the cases themselves. So this is just cases without the locking assemblies. I will post pics later tonight.

I think they are about $390 x 2 = $780 new from Bikebandit.com (crazy). I would like to get $250 for the pair, plus actual shipping USPS cost. If this is not inline with their market value please make a reasonable offer.

Pics were taken at night with a flash, so they look a little funny. Please note that locking mechanism is not to be included.

 Those pics the bags look like they have everything. I am not clear on what is missing from these.
