High mileage reliability
« on: April 25, 2014, 08:29:56 AM »
I saw this up for sale locally (not mine) and was surprised by the mileage on it. Works out to 139000 miles. On a 2011!
Take into account that it's a Canadian bike that does not get out in the winter. If the owner is on this forum I would like to meet him.

I would believe the mileage is in error. There is probably one too many zero's listed on the kilometers.  With the winters in Canada that guy would have to sleep on the bike.

Language might decrease possibility of finding him on this forum.

and the guy wants almost $9K for that bike with that many miles. I don't see it happening.

You never know. It comes with a full Kawasaki warranty until feb 2017.
Same warranty as a brand new bike for 1/2 the price.
Price is probably negotiable.

I'm curious how strong the motor pulls now with all those miles on it.
