Honestly? If the spring from the header gave you trouble with your oil change I think that changing out the throttle bodies may be a bit above your current skill set.
As for pulling the flies? Same thing...
You do know that pulling the flies on a Gen 2 bike is going to mess with your traction control right? You'd be better off with the Guhl reflash.

You may be right about being above my current skill set, but not for the reason you stated. A spring physically being in the way of a given tool has nothing to do with "skill sets". I got the right tool, problem solved. The way you stated that is insulting.
As for the traction control, how do you know it will mess with it? Do you have personal experience with it? Because I've been reading alot about that topic on here, and everyone that does have personal experience with it says that it doesn't affect it at all. If pulling the flies messed up the TC, wouldn't these people notice it and report on it? Also, I already have a PC V and got her dyno'd a month ago, I'm not going the reflash way. If I get the throttle bodies put in and pull the flies I'll have it done again.
So, since you have the opinion of it being above my current skill set, what problems can you foresee happening if I try it? What roadblocks do you think I will run into? As I stated before, the place I got my area P put on did it crooked, and couldn't fix it, so I had to (which was easy), and then they put the front wheel on backwards. I don't need these people touching my baby, and there is nothing else around here.
