Just want to relate a good experience with a company. I purchased a set of bar risers from Heli-Bars of Cornish, Me for my 2012 C-14. When I got to the last bolt on the right side I had to bang on it to get it through the riser. When I went to screw it in it felt that it had gone on cross threaded. I figured I would never be able to remove the riser again. I sent an email to the company explaining my predicament. They sent an email back asking me to call to make arrangements for them to replace it at their factory in Cornish. When I called they said the factory was only open Mon through Fri which would make it very difficult since I also work Monday through Friday. The lady I spoke to informed me they were going to be in Meredith, NH for the Laconia Bike Rally which started June 8th. She made an appointment with me for 8 AM on 6/8. I arrived at the site and they were expecting me, and immediately starting working on the bike. The installer said he had never seen a riser that bad, he checked the threads on the bar and they were ok it was just the tightness of the bolt in the riser causing the resistance. He replaced the riser and the bolts and checked the left riser also which was ok, and I was back on the road in 20 minutes. Kudos to a great company and friendly people that stand behind their product. I don't know what the outcome would have been if I lived in PA. Based on their response to me I think they would have made every effort to rectify the problem, even if I was in Pa.
