Comes complete. Take old stocker off, put new Sargent on. Go riding.

You may have some difficluty in getting the seat to latch properly.  So, just take it for a ride and your weight should "seat" the seat properly.

Agreed.  I have a bit of a fight- but mostly getting the seat off.

How much is it?  The stock C14 seat set my butt on fire coming back from Texas.  I ran down to a town an hour away Wednesday night and it hurt even on that short ride.

I do NOT like a big bowl seat that forces me into one spot and where my butt is way lower than my thighs, which for me makes it way harder to flat floot it and makes the bike much harder to manipulate in a parking lot 'need to put a foot down' situation.
