If WA only recognizes 21 and over what's the problem recognizing FLs 21 and over?

For simplicity I'm sure.  I still think "The right (not ability to apply for) to keep and BEAR arms shall not be infringed" is all we need.

+1  The 2nd amendment is already a concealed carry permit for all Americans. Too bad only Vermont recognizes this.

It has to do with the way the statute is written. RCW 9.41.073

For WA to recognize another state, that state:
-Can't issue to under 21
-Must do fingerprint background checks of criminal and mental health history
-Has to recognize a WA CPL

This law was on the books long before the current AG took the post. I am all for dumping hate and discontent on certain politicians, but we can't just contrive reasons to do so.
