fastest color?

I'm curious. I've read jokers claiming a certain color is fastest. Who has the fastest C14 proven with a time slip from a 1/4 mile drag strip and what color is the bike? Mine is neutron silver and has a time slip showing 9.92 et @ 144 mph. I know Spaz has said his silver has tied mine exactly. Maybe we can settle this matter once and for all? Lew

There is no debate.  The first year, 2008, was the only year without an electronic speed limiter.  Therefore it is the fastest.  If you are wondering about quickest in the quarter mile that is another matter.

FWIW, Silverdammit (The ORIGINAL Neutron Silver) is and always will be first, therefore faster than the rest

Ok, What have you done to your C14 to get that kind of ET?  My best run is 10.8@126MPH.  You are spanking me by a whole second.  A stock ZX14R usually runs in the 9.5-9.9 range....

I am going to say the fastest color is whatever color Fretka's turbo is. If we are going to have drag races and talk smack, my wager of a six pack is on the turbo colored one. My red one is not the quickest, nor is it the fastest - it just has the best looking rider

Yep, she's turbocharged by Chris Jones. That didn't come cheap. I'm still expecting the bike to do better than 9.92 et @ 144 mph. Lew

Well, my C14 goes around 750mph when in my garage, which is just over a 1-second quarter-mile.

It all just depends on your point of reference.  Mine is a point in space just over my head :-)

What color is the reflective mirror in your headlight?  Yep, Silver is what excelerates light.  Black is a big light sucker as it knows it can't keep up.  The go light is green yes?  All lined up for another stop light
