reached 100,000 miles today
« on: April 22, 2013, 04:59:25 PM »
100,000 trouble free miles. No money spent on repairs other than to buy parts broken by the rider (and his wife). Nothing spent for maintenance labor but my own time. Looking forward to the next 100,000.

Thanks to all the kind well wishers.

Back in the day I believe I was scairt just briefly Brian but that was when Cap'n Bob was still around spout'n the doom and gloom. I have long since thrown out Maxwell's Silver Hammer
 (In favor of Kirby's KyPass).

The Low Fuel message actually came on just as I pulled off the highway onto the shoulder to take the picture.

Very cool.
I wish I still had my first C-14 and kept running it. I'd be at 92,000. Since May 4, 2009 I've ridden over 92,000 miles.

I was teasing you about not riding cause your bike is always in the shop for another upgrade - all in good fun and I am jealous of your Ohlins forks :)
