Never been good at wheelies, even dirt bikes.  >:(

Looked like a BLACK one to me, maybe even an '09?   ;D

Choice of muffler will make absolutely no difference in any part of that.

Getting it up isn't a problem, keeping it up due to it's large size is another thing...  :-X

Yep, a known problem for Kawi's. They don't like being vertical for very long. Unfortunate if you ask me  :)

Wheelie or no, there is no excuse for videotaping the potato launcher under any circumstances. The world is already a mean and ugly place, no use duplicating the ugly unnecessarily.

I'm confused, ZX14's at our local dragstrip run the entire quarter mile on one wheel (occasionally when someone wants to show out).  How far are you used to seeing Kawi's go?

I'm not a Kawi fan boi by any means, just curious

personally, I have ridden a quarter mile+.... acouple of times, on one wheel.... fully loaded bags and rear trunk,, in excess of posted speed limits  :o without depriving my engine of vital fluid..... wasn't scraping the trunk on the ground, maybe that made a diff.... or not......

- just look at your bike's sump. Its so deep that you could be at 45 degrees and the pickup will still find oil.

Au contraire mon frere, the more weight you have in the rear of the bike, the easier it will be to wheelie.  Loaded bags help a lot too.

(Don't ask how I know...)
