+1 and great pic, probably any bridge would make it more open and include covered?

Like if we're on the friggin' Golden Gate pulled over with blue lights behind us, a phone pic would be acceptable?

Noted the NON-chain vote.   I was thinking the same but voted awful-waffle because they have the only fresh coffee on my all niter bike runs and pics in front of them are crazy, almost rude!

The vote made me think of this awesome little lobster shack in Maine, that a forum member put me right on......

Impending doom is great, impending drink may be Ok for those stuck up north who can't ride there bikes into impending doom. Like - the folks who should be riding with us in FL.  Like I ride the mountains and up north (as far as Canada once) in the hot FL summer!

(hint hint Jim/Pokey/etc)  ;D

Matter of fact, one can have impending doom and an impending drink at the same time at the Keys or even warm places such as Vegas  Get both here

Over at ADV they have specific picture threads.  I like old gas stations and have submitted photos to that thread.

The KLR forum has a picture thread for bike camping.

The best fun one is "STRANGE STRUCTURES"
That can be a weird local landmark, an odd cloud, a funny sign, or anything else out of the ordinary.
I have an ancient pic of Sanji (C10) at Calais docks, waiting for the ferry.
It's just a ramp to get foot passengers from the dock to the ferry but it looks weird.
