High efficiency mid ply Mylar insulation reflects heat away from cooler contents. Mylar was developed for NASA to insulate spacesuits.
Energy Shield aluminum polyester fabric liner keeps contents cooler longer than non-metallic liners. Energy Shield was developed for use in the aerospace industry as a lightweight, highly efficient insulation to protect sensitive electronics from exposure to low temperatures at high altitudes
Clamshell design makes packing and cleaning easy.
No ice melt leakage, designed to be used with 2 re-useable freezer gel packs, keeps cool longer without water sloshing around in saddlebag. (Freezer gel packs sold separately, available locally at national retailers). Can also be used with zip lock freezer bags filled with ice.
