Yes and no.

You need either the PC-V, a similar product, or an ECU reflash.  Otherwise, I don't believe you get the same hp.  I would be curious if you did all the mods in my sig (which is the standard list of C14 mods...) if you did NOT do the PC-V what the hp results would be.  Someone may have that info.  Be interesting to find out.

I took out the flies, replaced the exhaust with Area P and a PC-V the day after I picked up the Concours. If was tough to stay below 5000rpm for 500 miles doing it that way.

I had my flies removed for about 10 days before I installed the PCV.  The bike ran fine and had a decent increase in low end torque, but it runs much better now that I have the PCV.

What are you saying?

He's saying that installing ZX-14 throttle bodies should be your next mod!  :D

Meh... if you are gonna' go, go big.  Also, if you have bad on/off at part throttle, get a G2 throttle tamer.  Makes the bike with your mods SOOOOO much more enjoyable to ride.

Enjoy !

I know this one is going to get me in trouble but I have to ask; what kind of change in gas mileage have you noticed if any?  Also, how much louder would you say it is over stock set-up?  They way I ride this bike I think there maybe a hole in my gas tank.....lol
