Is that what they're talking about? On a dyno you will get one result but in actuality at 75mph you get 5 hp more?
Yes. There is a LOT of air pressure at speed, and the pressure is used as a kind of weak "supercharging" which gets more air into the engine and improves performance a little. The air intake is specifically designed to achieve this.
