If it is the Motax ones, there are no bends in the plastic, it's just flat. The hardest part would be matching the color. You might be better off replacing both to get a good color match.
Go to the local plastic supply place, and ask to see their Lexan or Polycarbonate color selection. Then it's just a matter of tracing the pattern of the old one on the paper that covers the plastic, cutting it out, drilling the mounting holes, and sanding the edges.
They could probably do all that for you, but they will likely charge you a premium for it. Sounds like Flathead has the best offer you could ask for, if you don't want to tackle it yourself.
