Kawasaki sells their products worldwide and it shouldn't make a damn bit of difference what country you're in for the warranty to apply. I live in the USA and bought my bike here but still should have my warranty honored at any Kawasaki dealership in the world. I think you Canadians ought to contact Kawasaki and register a complaint as the dealers have no right to arbitrarily void your warranties. If you take your bike to the USA dealer where it was purchased, the warranty will be honored. It should be honored in Canada also. I would keep bugging Kawasaki persistently until your complaint reaches someone with enough authority to rectify this wrong.
