Plans for and results for the "Bearing Up Shifter" C14

My C14 has no need for improved shifting linkage .. bike shifts fine as Kawasaki OEM intended it .. (Will not buy the Bearing Kit)

I was happy until I was told I was not... Stock, as is, no mod, no special attention, never really looked at it... How forked is my shifter after 20k?

I did get and installed the bearing shifter kit.  But at 3,000 miles i doubt there was any need to.
but now it should shift the same for the duration of my time with the bike.
