No.  The Lazer Monaco is not the same as the Monaco Carbon.  The others are fiberglass.

:) How many of us are old enough to remember Bell helmet's advertising slogan, "if you have a $10 head, wear a $10 dollar helmet"? Theirs sold for $35 at the time.... Things sure have changed! However, on subject, that is a beautiful helmet would match the carbon-fiber accents on my machine.

Is the shape of this helmet more like a Shoei or an Aria?

The intermediate oval sounds like it may fit like an Aria RX-Q to me.  That windshield looks great.

I don't think I like the shield. 30 second change time is forever at 80 mph. I ride with the shield up and sun glasses or clear glasses at night. Don't like not having control.

And I have yet to see "transitions" type lenses that are completely clear and yet get dark enough to be really useful.

The white  color comment was a JOKE , I would never wear black anything but pants  on a motorcycle , just last night a Old biker (81 ) was telling me most of his friends that got hit by cars were stopped at lights? carbon fiber is strong but  brittle , Kevlar would be better. 8)
