The title says it all...prefer one that is ready to go...already machined...

Modified stock wheel is a possibility, as well...

Good luck!  I was lucky enough to find a used MS rim on ebay and a guy at a local machine shop modified it for me for $40.  Might be the only way you'll find someone willing to part with theirs.
