There was at least two people involved in this act of stupidity. Although, it is hard to pass up a good yard sale bargain.

Just carting around.. Guess he's gonna get grilled when he gets home!
So, we all know he's no good with tools, otherwise he would have done a little dis-assembly to transport that cart safely..

If you're referring to the "driver" you may be mistaken.  Look at the reflection of the glass.  It seems like it's very vertical and flat... like the window on a bus.

Too low an angle for a bus. 

I'm sure there could have been some stupid pics of my on motorcycles over the years.  I think the worse I have done is a miter saw,  20lb co2 tank, or a tire around the waist

Shuttle buses can be very low.
