Title: Block off plates for emissions controls
Post by: Dade22 on May 18, 2011, 04:31:15 PM
I lost my old link to a kit that was offered to remove the emission control stuff.  Block off plates and a bypass module.

I posted something to the other thread about the decell popping, but that thread is WAY off topic now.

Thanks

That's the first I've heard of this too.

It was this one...

And I do agree it veered somewhat...but it is highly entertaining which is what we strive for here.

And Conrad, you should remember this one as you are all over it.... ;)

Oh yeah! The anchor/anvil thread. That was a fun one.

The block off plate question threw me. It sounded to me like it had something to do with a C10.

Thank you.

I couldnt find my link list I had.  My computer died about 5 months ago so I lost a lot.

So how much stuff will I get to take off the bike if I do this.  I know it cleans up the engine by removing little hoses and all.  Just wondering.

Thanks.
