so I emailed him to say
"I'm trying to tell you that the ZG1000 Concours doesn't use shims, it uses screw-adjust tappets."

to which he replied
"Sir this is just a stock photo to just give a general ideal of what a kit and look like. Not of what it exactly looks likes. Thank you for your business! Chris"

Arghh!
