Title: helmet lock

does anyone have a spare helmet lock with key for sale?

I want to drill a couple holes in Phil's rear rack and mount a helmet lock on the bottom side of the rack

I did exactly that. Put two under the rack. Used C-10 locks. Works great! You don't have to drill all the way through. Just half way or a bit more and tap the holes.
